Windy is awesome. We moved from the west coast to Charleston and were fortunate enough to have Windy as our realtor. Windy doesn't sell homes, she builds the community that she lives in. We bought our house sight-unseen and couldn't be happier with our home or the process. If you live in the area, then you either know Windy or know someone that knows her. If you are moving here from out of state, you will probably see Windy out in town. Windy was completely transparent throughout the buying process and asked all of the right questions. Ashley spent so much time showing me different properties to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I purchased a new build and she negotiated with the builder and agent to get me the best possible deal. Her knowledge about home buying and documentation is extremely impressive. She made sure that I knew what I had to do after my closing as well. She still checks in to see if there is anything I need. She is a VERY dedicated and responsive real estate agent.

Janice is THE BEST! She was extremely professional. At our first meeting, she had comps in the area ready and a plan to get my home sold. Once we had completed her plan two weeks later, she had a photographer out the next day. The pictures made my home look like a showcase home! The following day we had multiple offers for more than the asking price on our home and had it sold within the week. Janice always took my calls and was quick to respond to texts and emails. You cannot go wrong hiring Janice! She was such a great help with selling my home that I am also using her assistance in building my new home as well.
