I am local, Charleston born and raised. I never left and have NO Regrets!! My Real Estate career began in 1983 and I've been a full time Realtor ever since. I have helped multiple generations of families buy, sell, rent and invest in Charleston and the surrounding areas. There is not much I haven't experienced in my chosen career including sales in New Construction, Re-sales, Condo Conversions, Lots and Land sales, Short Sales, Foreclosures and even was a Realtor on the TV show called Flip This House in the early to mid 2000's. In other words, a lot of Experience! Continuing education has always been important to me, so I take classes quite often to stay on the cutting edge of changes to the industry. For over 20 years I was on our CTAR Professional Standards committee and before that I volunteered on Grievance and other committees as was needed. For many years I've been a recipient of the Realtor of Distinction award and before that, The Million Dollar Club awarded by the Chas. Trident Association of Realtors. March of Dimes is the Non-Profit organization that I have been heavily involved with for most of my adult life. Volunteering to help raise money to save babies is a major focus for me!
