Zach was born in Wichita, Kansas, but lived most of his life in San Diego, California before making the trek towards the east coast in 2017. After a few short years in Asheville, North Carolina where he met his fiancée and real estate partner, Marianne, they now call Charleston home. Coming from a background in the service industry, and as a certified personal trainer, he knows that each client's needs are always unique. He is especially excited about helping clients who are relocating to the area and sharing some of the reasons why he first fell in love with Charleston. “Ten years ago, I never would've guessed I'd be living here, but I’m so glad I am! While downtown San Diego is full of skyscrapers, Charleston maintained its history and kept the old buildings. Step outside of the city, and you can stand on a road where hundreds of soldiers walked down during the Civil War! How cool!” If he's not with a client, you can find Zach out in nature--camping, playing bocce ball at one of the many parks in the area, or simply admiring a thunderstorm.
